were created and our existence is based upon them. One may wonder, what is the sacrifice that was made or occurred in The Creation of Adam and Eve? The sacrifice isn’t from them, but from God. How? You may ask, well let me explain. It was a sacrifice for God to create something in his own image, for this takes away from his individuality. He also had to let go of having the universe to Himself and having no troubles or sins. He sacrificed all this just to create man. God just wanted to know if man would obey Him, without putting any pressure or force on man. We know this didn’t happen because we have The Fall of Man. I think that the sacrifice that God made to have us created was the biggest one of all because without this sacrifice there would be no man thus any sacrifices to be done.

The Fall of Man is the play after the creation. The cause of the fall was the disobeying of God. Adam and Eve were forbidden to eat from a certain tree; they sacrificed their lives in heaven and ate from that tree. With that sacrifice they both fell to earth. (Krogh 23). The way the story is told differs slightly with Christian and Islamic points of view. In Islamic view we see God as a just and fair God, He warns them not to eat from the tree but they fail to listen. "O Adam dwell with your wife in the Garden and enjoy as you wish but approach not this tree or you run into harm and transgression. Then Satan whispered to them in order to reveal to them their shame that was hidden from them and he said: "Your Lord only forbade you this tree lest you become angels or such beings as live forever." Satan swore to them both that he was their sincere adviser. So by deceit he brought them to their fall. When they tasted the tree their shame became manifest to them and they began to sew together the leaves of the Garden over their bodies.
