The king¡¯s daughter adopted the child, and for many years Moses was considered as an Egyptian (Exodus 2:10).
In the Pentateuch this period is a blank, but in the New Testament he is represented as "educated in all the learning of the Egyptians" and as "a man of power in words and deeds" (Acts 7:22).
