The purpose of the research is to outline and develop ways that the local law enforcement agencies can help motivate their employees to help morale and encourage a better job performance from each employee. Identify and develop training programs to deal with and assist in the motivation of employees. Identify and create incentive programs and activities to get employees involved with their law enforcement agencies. Create a better mood of the employee to help them deal with the citizens, which they serve, and help the communication and reputation of the law enforcement administration with its employees and the citizens in the community.
