To murder, to kill, and to eliminate might all mean the same thing to some people. However, are these three things wrong to do depending on the situation and how it’s done? Well, what about abortion? Is abortion considered a wrongdoing? Is abortion even considered as one of the negatives listed above (to murder, to kill, to eliminate)? Probably everyone has their different opinion about this topic, but honestly I think most people’s opinions are influenced by outside factors. However, this is not shocking because we all create our beliefs on sensory experiences. For instance, what if you never felt the heat of fire before… would you automatically go with the belief that it was hot? If someone told you that it was cold, you would probably sway more towards that belief because that’s all you really know, besides seeing it (if seen). The same thing applies to the situation with abortion. I used to have a stubborn belief that abortion was wrong, and that it wasn’t “actually” considered murdered. This was only because I didn’t have full knowledge of what actually goes on. I thought it was just a process of removing the child before it’s actually considered alive. However, nowadays I know that’s not true, and my past beliefs have totally changed due to the new knowledge of what really takes place.
Are the excuses of women in favor of abortion logical enough to justify abortion? Abortion is an alternative that a woman can take for several reasons, such as if she has a health problem with her fetus or even herself; she is not ready to become a parent and have the responsibility to take care of her child; she doesn't want to be a single parent (due to relationship problems); she has been raped; or, for whatever reasons, her husband or her family encourages her to abort the pregnancy.
