If you can make a decision that feels right for you, after facing and conquering the aforementioned objections, you have made a positive choice. It will probably feel great. It is an extremely gratifying feeling to know that you have made the correct decision for yourself.
Perhaps the most important reason to have sex with a partner is the deep, emotional connection brought about with that kind of intimacy. When two people have sex, the feelings that they have for each other will be heightened and deepened, making it feel psychologically good to have intercourse. These feelings can have both positive and negative side effects. You can feel like you’re flying through the clouds, or you can plunge into the depths of depression if the relationship is in jeopardy.
