Although I did my project on fitness and its benefits, as you can see I am not a fitness queen or a really tiny skinny girl either. I don’t exercise regularly and I don’t eat healthy either. Typical teenager huh? Well actually that’s just a saying because really it’s not just teenagers. Every where you look you will see plenty of adults who have had there share of cheese burgers and have the pounds to prove it. I can’t really say I have benefited from my research because of the fact that I don’t exercise. I do remember the feeling I got after every practice when I played volleyball. Although I was wore out as expected, I did feel more energy to go on and I felt really good. It gave me the feeling of as if I just did something productive. 
For my paper I made points as to what exercise can do for u mentally physically and sociologically. I believe that it starts physically before it can benefit anything else. Physically if u see changes u
