Mind and Body : A Case for Exercise

People need to be happier, have more time, and have better health. Exercise is an easy way to return to power. Pushing yourself physically can lead to growth in all aspects of life: mental, spiritual and physical. To this day, physical exertion remains to be one of the best medications available; and it is available to all. People that do not exercise have four excuses: they do not have the time, they can not afford the cost, they refuse to commit, and they are unsure if their peers are comfortable with it. The only thing standing in their way of getting what they want are their excuses of why they can not have it.
Time is the one thing in this world that is equal. The same twenty four hours on any clock serve the entire world. The problem arises in the management. People become overwhelmed by their tasks, assuming that exercise will be a burden on the rest of their day. In reality, exercise will give them focus during their other tasks and give them the ability to be more productive. The path to a better body can begin with as little as fifteen minutes time. Work out the body first thing when the morning comes. Exercise is infectious. It is like a virus that spreads through our system. Once a person begins to exercise and move for fifteen minutes, the feeling it gives will cause them to continue past that time limit quite often. Other tasks of the day will be rearranged as exercise become more vital. Everyone has time to improve, and it does not cost them anything.


It is common misconception that to have a better, healthier body is to pay a great deal of money for it. Walking outside, taking the stairs, and many other basic movements can be performed for no cost, using items found in any home or workplace.
