ND FEASIBILITIES
The following alternative designs were discussed considering the National Avenue project. The alternatives account for instances involving gaining the right-of-way needed and failing to gain the right-of-way needed.

Alternative 1
Description: Do nothing
Feasibility: This is a viable alternative, since the city has not developed the surrounding
area to allow for industrialization. Also, there are two routes that run north and south bound that is nearby to account for the traffic in the area.

Alternative 2
Description: Design the road as a linear extension of the current National Avenue, which
will allow for a 90-degree intersection on the north end of the project.
Feasibility: The problem with this alternative involves gaining an extra 33 ft of right of
way on the west side of the project that currently belongs to a private
business owner, which has a parking lot and office building on the ...
