There is a major job burnout issue which is creating a wedge in the company's success. And in recognizing this hazardous problem I will opt to integrate some changes, how they can be implemented, and soon accepted and resolved, ensuring the business will soon flourish again.






BODY

Each year thousands of people enter the helping professions. The work they do affect how we live, how we feel, even who we become. Yet an increasingly critical public believe that many of these professionals lack purpose and commitment. One of the primary causes for this growing epidemic is that many in the workplace are suffering from job burnout. At Complete Wireless this is definitely the case, many who have worked hard have not received the gratitude they feel they deserve from management. Raises are not forthcoming, and promotions are unheard of. They would go to work everyday, performed above and beyond their job requirements, and didn't feel they were rewarded or recognized accordingly. People who seem to work less, but have more political clout, seem to do better. This is causing feelings of resentment, a lack of ownership and an uncooperative attitude in the employees day to day job performance.

Many employees have decided company sabotage as the route of optimum choice in response. This route is seen by employees as justifiable- it's a type of means or way to 'get even' for their perceived mistreatment. They exercise their power to restore perceived injustice from management. Management has not seriously taken into account the myriad of problems that are resulting due to their unresponsiveness with this major issue that has been so prevalently cultivating in the workplace.
