METHODOLOGY:

To prepare this article, we used both primary and secondary sources to collect information. Our scope of the article covers human resource initiatives or practices which are undertaken by the leading RMG producers to get an extra edge and competency/productivity to face post-MFA challenges. We use secondary sources like internet, publication, journals to develop the post-MFA scenario in RMG sector. Then we collected primary data through interviews of HR personnel (Director/ manager) of five leading RMG groups (Dragon, SQ, Evince, Etafill and pioneer groups) and gathered what actions they have taken to turn a semi-present Human Resource department to a more proactive and value added department, thereby contributing to make the organization more fit & prepared for post-MFA era.
