What makes excellent leader in the business world?

As we all known well, Roberto Goizueta and Jack Welch are quite famous as one of the greatest leaders in the twentieths century. Both leaders have overcome several difficult obstacles, and created substantial wealth for the company for long time.

Though both two leaders have a different personality and philosophy, they have experienced harsh world of reality in the prime of their life. As for personality and philosophy, Roberto Goizueta is aristocratic, formal, ever polite, always measured-a gentlemen CEO who likes a nice predictable schedule and a certain sense of decorum. On the other hand, Jack Welch is impulsive, captivatingly charming, and most comfortable in his shirtsleeves. As for their juvenile experience, Goizueta had suddenly lost his family enterprise and his asset except his one hundred shares of CocaCola, because of Castro Administration. On the other hand, Welch had to fight and negotiate with bigger guys to use basket court in his small town, by using his own creativity and fearless mind. Through those precious experiences, they have learned firm belief such as realism, goal-oriented mind, perseverance and so on.
