for a period of time necessary to perform an interim pre-audit between re-certification periods. Initially, weekly meetings will be scheduled. Each meeting will last approximately 4 hours. This schedule may change as tasks are assigned and floor inspections and file searches for verification begin. The initial meetings will determine group roles, task assignment, standard agenda, and exact meeting schedule.

II. Goals and Objectives
The goals and objectives for the group as a whole is to examine the current safety program, review the problems that have been encountered since the last review period, and to apply their knowledge and experience, as a body, to revise our safety program to reflect the efforts expended toward ensuring a safety work environment for all our employees.
The primary responsibilities of each group member is to be:

a) active. Each member is expected take an active role in the efforts of the
group. Tasks assigned to members are expected to be completed in a
timely manner. If tasks require a greater amount of time than initially
anticipated, the member must inform the committee of the delay and, if
necessary, request additional help or resources to get back on schedule.
b) participate in group work. Most group meetings will require members to
share their knowledge and experience as a valuable resource in updating
compliance strategies or developing needed policies and procedures.
Each member will be expected to contribute to the knowledge/idea pool.
