The halberdiers and footmen amass in ranks awaiting the coming onslaught. In the sky overhead the carrion and crows begin display of acrobatics, as they prepare for a grand feast. The mud strewn peasants dig furiously at the ground crating massive earthworks out of mud and soil. At the forefront of the army foreign mercenaries and slaves curse and gesture at the advancing enemy. On the left and right flanks archers notch their arrows and take aim at the advancing horde. At the rear of the battlefield, high on a hill, atop a massive warhorse is the commander of the English army.
