In doing so I will present the way in which the U.S government has used its power not only to put a hand of control on society but used its power to spread its current form of colonialism which is hidden under the rhetoric of Democracy. Technology is another form of control that is used by the government in Brave New world in order to promote this hidden act of “stability” and “happiness”.
It seems that Huxleys Utopia had the controlling and producing methods of Communism and Capitalism. “Yes, everyone one belongs to everyone else.”(pg 43) This theme of equality is the very founding base which communism is built upon. The structure of Huxley’s utopia has a little twist to the original form of communism. The development of castes separates everyone for the means of production. These means are based in the motives of capitalism.
