In the world of business inefficiency in suppliers are not uncommon in the supply chain.  To correct these inefficiencies there are several methods this company could possibly use. Many processes that could be used business process reengineering (BPR), centralized computing, mass customization, and e-commerce.  
One important technique this company could use is known as business process reengineering. This process involves an organization fundamentally and radically redesigning its business process to achieve large improvement.  Although this process is sometimes very effective it is also very drastic in the concept of reorganizing. 
	A second technique this company could use is a process known as centralized computing.  When implementing this technique all processing and control authority is put into one computing facility to which all the other devices respond.  When using so many different products such as this Canadian company does, it would put all the staplers, hole punchers, etc. into one system so if there is a mass amount that needs to be ordered the company can do
