For children ages six through seventeen obesity and lack of cardiovascular health has become a nation wide concern among parents, the Surgeon General, and physical educators.  These factors are now problems because of the lack of emphasis on a healthy lifestyle filled with physical activities and balanced diet.  The healthy lifestyle aspect is not expressed in an inviting enough manner to keep the youth ,in the afore mentioned age group, active.  The unattractiveness to live a healthy life filled with exercise and good eating habits is what causes our youth
