Create A Society 
As a member of Group 1 and one of the five colonists arriving on a new planet, my goal is to assist in establishing the six major institutions for this new society.  Our six institutions are government, economics, education, religion, family and arts/entertainment.  My contribution to this new society will be providing a structure for creation of the divine, or ideology, for the new planet.  First let’s examine our first institution, the government.
We decided to establish a total democracy that relies on free enterprise.  We will divide the planet into six separate colonies, with leaders from each institution, until the voting process is in place.  Political parties will become defunct, and the Electoral College will not be used for the election process.  A straight flat tax of 15% will be placed on all workers and Social Security will no longer be needed.  The government will utilize a House of Representatives, represented by percentage of each colonies population and will represent all men and women.  The Senate will remain in place, like on Earth.
