The No Spin Zone The No Spin Zone A Spinning Conception A Brief summary of “The No Spin Zone” Bill O’Reilly has once again has taken on some of Americas most powerful people in his latest literary achievement titled “The No Spin Zone”. In this attempt to unmask the almighty public opinion, O’Reilly takes on topics such as capital punishment, sex education in public schools, and the often offensive, lyrics found in today’s rap music. Defend these topics are the “opponents” which O’Reilly bombards with questions, and in some cases these questions could be considered incriminating. But this prime piece of media does not always feature Bill facing off with the person in which he is discussing. For instance, O’Reilly speaks’ strongly about Hillary Clinton, and her spending while residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, nor is she present during the chapter dedicated to her questionable campaign finance. But to really get the gist of this book, one needs to be familiar with the term spin. Which in the case of this book, it is a term used in reference to people that disfigure facts so that the situation at hand appears to be in their favor.
