Death Penalty
Death Penalty The Death Penalty The argument for the death penalty would suggest that one who has murdered an innocent individual should not be allowed to live. Often times, those who commit murder sit in prison and watch television, play cards, or go outside to play games such as basketball with other inmates. This is horrible, the victim is dead, and the accused is having a decent time in the penitentiary. It is not fair to the victim, or the family of the victim. They must not be able to enjoy life in any way; thus the death penalty is appropriate. Both, the Supreme Court and the Bible see the death penalty as necessary for a society that has violent members. The majority of citizens in the United States also find the death penalty fitting for heinous crimes. The death penalty should be seen as a way to better our society. The families of many victims are strictly in favor of the death penalty. This allows them to put closure on a horrible time in their lives. A case that recently took place in New York is a prime example of when the death penalty death, penalty, should, bible, crimes, family, commit, way, victim, time, supreme, states, society, one, number, johnson, court, clear, beat, again, young, worry, williams, unto, united, took, times, stating, show, put, punishment, poll, play, place, people, over, necessary, murder, life, just, horrible, heinous, fair, everyone, criminals, convicted, committed, closure, boy, blood
