Capital Punishment
	Does capital punishment affect the spirit of the people?  No, I feel it does not affect the people.  At least not in a bad way.  Indeed it is sad to think of someone being executed, but we must remember why they are in that position in the first place.  If anything, I think the people would begin to feel a little safer.  But lets be honest, people will never feel completely safe. But at least they can begin to have some reassurance.

Unfortunately there is still a majority of people who do not agree with capital punishment.  Why do they feel this way and what are they considering in there decision?
First off, I feel that everyone feels a little pity for people facing capital punishment.  But for some people they feel more than pity, they feel that is it not fair and cruel.  They may consider that the act of crime the criminal committed was not directly their fault.  It could have been caused they their childhood or even a mental disorder.  And because of that they should not be punished so severely.  Another reason for not agreeing with
