To begin with, Oxycodones' brand names include M-Oxy, OxyContin, Oxyir, Percolone, and Roxicodone.  Oxycodone is in a class of drugs called narcotic analgesics.  It simply relieves moderate to severe pain. It is a drug meant to be swallowed whole, delivering pain relief for up to 12 hours. Oxycodone is habit forming.
