Even a workaholic needs some time to relax and cope with stress since it gives him the power to work more efficiently. Relaxation is the time of rest from your current occupation, but to relax does simply not mean: to do nothing. There are many ways of spending your leisure time, and this time can also be creative.
We can divide the methods of spending free time in two groups: the passive methods and the active ones. In the passive methods you rather recreate than create. The typical passive method of spending leisure hours is watching television. This apparently prosaic activity may be just silly looking at action-films or commercials, or may be much more reasonable when watching natural history programs or chronicles. It depends on you whether you choose to sit and turn off your brain or sit and, with the same effort, switch your head to stand by. But it is still better to choose the
