Have you ever waited until the last moment to do something?  You know that you have tons of time, but you just seem to keep putting it off and putting it off.  Then one moment you suddenly stop to think and realize that you only have a short time to get it done in.  This is something that I realized that I was doing all the time.  After pinpointing my problem of procrastination, I decided that something needed to be done about it.  
It was causing me to stress and run myself thin, which was a negative behavior, that could later end up causing harm to my body and mind!  This was something that needed to be dealt with and changed.  It started getting so bad that it was affecting my family as well.  My putting off of things was not serious but was frequent and caused me a great deal of stress.  By causing me stress, it made me irritable and hateful to family and friends.  
	I have always been a person that carries a “full load.”  I am very active in many activities and volunteer much
