If you own a cell phone today, you have most likely used it on several occasions while in your car driving.  Whether you are calling your boss, your family, or whomever; a cell phone can save you lots of time and money.  However, if you live in New York State, get prepared to change how you communicate or function your business.  If you use a cell phone while driving, it is now illegal to do so in New York.  The use of cell phones while driving should not be illegal in New York State because they are no more of a distraction than the radio or kids, can be used safely while driving, and can save lives.
	The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration claims that the use of cell phones while driving is dangerous, and encourages states to follow New York State.  The law banding the use of a cell phone while driving is not anything new.  Many cities across the country have already taken the initiative.
