The employers should be able to control the number of their workers hours. Labourer should be free to decide for him- or herself how long they want to work, and if they are not happy with the conditions of their workplace they can always go to another employer. The government should not step in and limit the free forces of the labour market, but instead maintain a clear laissez faire approach.  
	Further working only ten-hours per day will not be enough for a continuous economic growth that in the long run would be favourable for all parties.
