The class is required to write poems with rhyming words, exploration of word choices are encouraged. Step Two: Getting Organized Student(s) will need to utilize the rhyming poetic forms given by the teacher. The requirement for this section of the anthology will include: (2) Tercets, (2) Couplets, (2) Limericks and (2) Free Write Rhyming poems. Students will be given several examples both orally and written along with class demonstrations of each poetic form.
