Business Education:Problem Or Solution
Business Education:Problem Or Solution Abstract The research contained in this report focused on whether business education is a problem or a solution for organizations in all areas of industry. Various areas were investigated in order to arrive at a conclusion. These areas included the current organizational attitudes towards business education, statistics with regards to expenditures for education, benefits to both the organization and the employee, and lastly, various studies on organizational return on investment. The research yielded overwhelming evidence that most organizations view business education as a solution to help the organization remain financially strong and competitive. No viable evidence was found to the contrary. Most companies are increasing education expenditures or are in the process of establishing training budgets to prepare for the future.
