David Copperfield

David Copperfield

The book that I am reading is David Copperfield, who is written by Charles Dickens, and the book has 238 pages.  Publishers and Waldman Publishing Corp published it.  The setting of David Copperfield was in London during the 1800's.  This book is a fiction.
The story is told from the first person (David Copperfield).  The literary devices used in the story were plot, characterization, setting, point of view, climax, conflict, Imagery, symbolism, and mood.  The characterization of David Copperfield was very powerful throughout his lifetime.  David orphaned as a child; abandoned by his stepfather Mr. Murdstone.  He was always a kind and hearted kid.  He never meant wrong; he was only growing up and learning well from bad.  When David set eyes on Emily he was always touched by the love he had for her.
 David spent most his time with a lady who owned the house, Peggotty was the lady’s name. David went with Peggotty to go and visit her Brother and his two orphaned kids in Yarmouth in a house that looks like a ship that is upside down.  David’s eyes were set on a small little girl
