Leonardo Da Vinci Leonardo Da Vinci Leonardo Da Vinci was one of the greatest creative geniuses ever known to man and was centuries ahead of his time. Who is Vand how, why, were, and when did he become such a legendary hero for all of mankind? Through this biographical analysis , Leonardo’s spirit, aspirations, and diversity will uncover the reasons that we have come to associate him with the Italian Renaissance. His never ending intellectual energy drove him toexplorations and discoveries of unique and significant number of fields. Da Vinci was a painter, sculptor, architect, engineer, inventor, and scientist during his time. His achievements were far beyond that of anyone of his time. Born in the village of Vinci between Empoli and Pistola, leonardo was raised and taught as a boy by his father. As his developing talents came forward, he was sent to study with the sculpter, painter, and goldsmith Andrea Verrocchio. Of all Renaissance artists Leonardo was one of the most enjoyed throughout the world. He was attracted to all forms of nature, which he used in his works.
